Ĺ lb bacon or sausage
2 or 3 large potatoes, sliced
1 small head cabbage, sliced
2 Tbsp flour
Salt
Pepper
Cider Vinegar

Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon or sausage and drain off fat. Add slices of peeled potatoes and cabbage. Sprinkle flour over vegetables; add water to barely cover, along with salt and a healthy dash of vinegar. Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with sour cream, pepper and vinegar if desired.
