1 c sugar
c water
tsp maple flavoring
3 c pecan halves (about lb)

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, water, and maple flavoring to large heavy saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and add pecans. Boil down to coat pecans, stirring constantly. Place pecans on greased cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 30 minutes, stir halfway through cooking time.
