2 - 2 c flour
2 Tbsp sugar
tsp salt
1 pkg yeast
c milk
c water
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat milk, water, and butter to 120 - 130. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough. On floured board, knead 2 to 3 minutes. Divide dough in 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place into greased 8" round cake pan. Let rise 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden. Remove from pan to cool.
