1 c sugar 1/3 c butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 c ripe mashed bananas (3 or 4) 1/3 c water 1 2/3 c flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350º. Mix sugar, butter and eggs. Add bananas and water, mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 1 large loaf.
