1 1/2 (2 1/4) tsp yeast
2 (3) c flour
3/4 (1) tsp salt
2 tsp (1 Tbsp) sugar
2 1/3 (4) Tbsp non-fat dry milk
2 tsp (2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
3/4 c + 1 Tbsp (1 1/4 c) water
1 (1) tsp lemon juice

Add ingredients to breadmaker following manufacturers advice. Set on normal setting and bake.

I found this in one of Mom's MANY recipe files with notes stating this is "moist and heavier" and with the additional comment of "very good".
