2 Tbsp canola oil
4 c flour
½ c milk
2 tsp vanilla
½ c sugar
2½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg
1 c packed light brown sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
1 c unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Confectioners sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Grease and flour 9"x13" baking pan. In medium bowl, sift together 1½ c flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a second bowl, whisk together egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Using rubber spatula, fold dry ingredients into egg mixture. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine remaining flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over flour mixture and toss with a rubber spatula until large crumbs form. Sprinkle crumbs over batter and transfer pan to oven to bake, rotating after 10 minutes. Continue baking until a cake tester comes out clean, about 10 minutes more. Cool on a rack and dust with confectioners sugar.
