1 cooked, lightly browned 9-inch pie crust

1 (4.5 to 6 oz) jar black lumpfish caviar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. sour cream
3 to 4 Tbsp finely chopped onion
3 to 4 finely chopped hard cooked eggs

Layer caviar in pie crust. Sprinkle caviar with lemon juice. Next, combine onions and sour cream; layer over caviar. Top with finely chopped hard cooked eggs. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Serve in wedges as appetizer
