1 lb. HOT bulk sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Party pumpernickel loaf of bread
garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage, then drain VERY well, pressing between paper towels. Return sausage to skillet, add Velveeta and a few shakes of garlic powder...and anything else you think would taste good. Stirring, melt cheese. Mound on party pumpernickel bread. Heat in oven before serving.

Can be frozen on cookie sheets, then dumped in a Ziplock for the freezer and used as needed by thawing and heating when ready.
