Ingredients:  
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 large can of chow mein noodles
3-4 lbs. cooked and diced chicken breasts
Topping:
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 herb stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in little butter. Add soups and milk; mix well. Then add noodles and chicken. Place in buttered 9x14 dish.
Topping:
Saute almonds and butter. Add stuffing. Mix well and spread over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
Freezes well before or after baking.
