1 tsp. soda
1 c. cornmeal
jalapeno pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream style corn
1 egg
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown and drain meat. Stir together all ingredients. Bake in 2-qt. casserole for 1 hour.
