Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages (4 serving size) Jell-O Chocolate or Chocolate Fudge Sugar Free Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping, thawed
1/3 cup Smucker's hot fudge topping, warmed (Hershey's doesn't set up as well)
1 graham cracker pie crust (Reduced fat works great)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the fudge topping in microwave so that it will spread easily. Spread warmed fudge sauce into bottom of pie crust, use just enough to cover the bottom of the crust. Place pie crust in freezer to set about 15 minutes.

When the fudge layer is set, gently spread 1/2 of the thawed whipped topping over the fudge layer. Return to freezer for about 15 minutes so that it will set.

Wait until the cool whip layer is set, then pour the milk into a mixing bowl, add pudding mixes. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mixture will be thick. Immediately stir in remaining softened topping by hand. Spoon the pudding mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate until 4 hours or until set.

SHORT CUT METHOD: just add entire cool whip tub to the pudding mixture, and not make a separate cool whip layer. Still use 2 c. of milk. You can also omit the fudge bottom layer, and the pie is still good. Also, you can let the pie set in the freezer as long as needed until you have time to mix the puddings together.
