8 oz. crab meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 ½ Tablespoon melted butter
½ Tablespoon parsley flakes
½ cup bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped red peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Stir and shape into cakes. Pan-fry.
