2/3 cup shortening,
1 cup sugar,
2 eggs,
1/2 tsp. vanilla,
3 cups sifted flour,
2 tsp. baking powder,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/3 cup milk.
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the shortening, sugar, vanilla and eggs(unbeaten). Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients, alternating with milk. Roll and cut. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 8-12 min in 400º oven.
