1 package yellow cake mix,
1 envelope Dream whip,
4 eggs,
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, blend until moist.Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 10Inch tube pan. 350 for 45-50 minutes.
Great with Dream whip icing.
