2 tbl. melted butter
2 tbl. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pepper
1 large can red salmon (remove bones)
2 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in double boiler - stir in flour, then add milk slowly. Cook, stirring over boiling water until this is smooth and thickened - beat egg yolks and stir into sauce slowly - Add rest of ingredients - fold in the flaked salmon, and then the beaten egg whites. Turn into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes
