4 tbl. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. fruit
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Melt 3 tbl. of the butter in the baking pan you are going to use - add the brown sugar and stir well - add the fruit - set aside.

In another bowl beat the egg and add the sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, the remaining 1 tbl. butter and the vanilla -

Pour this mixture over the fruit mixture and bake 30 minutes.
