1 egg,
1 cup milk,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 tbsp. granulated sugar,
2 slices bread,
3/4 cup brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the egg, milk, vanilla and granulated sugar. Butter and cube the bread. Put in top of double boiler and cover with mixture. Put brown sugar on top. Cook covered for an hour or a bit longer.
