4 bags microwave butter popcorn, popped
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 stick margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pop the popcorn and remove the unpopped kernels. Mix together the brown sugar and Karo syrup and bring to a boil, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Stir in the margarine and add the can of condensed milk. Mix well and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn and enjoy!
