1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 large can chopped green chilies, drained
1 large can artichoke hearts, drained and diced

Directions:

Mix together and put in a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
