Ingredients:  
1- 4 oz. can crushed pineapple,
1 pkg. lime jello,
1 cup cold water,
2 tbsp. lemon juice,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 cup mayonaise,
1 cup fine cottage cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Should be 1 cup, if not add water. Heat and pour over jello in bowl. Add cold water, lemon juice and salt. Chill until firm. Beat until frothy. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese(well drained) and mayonaise. Pour in 8" square pan.
