!/2 cup margarine,
1/2 cup peanut butter,
1/2 cup granulated sugar,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
1 egg,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 1/4 cup flour,
3/4 tsp. baking soda,
1/4 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Add baking soda, flour and salt. Shape in 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork tines to crisscross. Bake at 375º for 10-12 min. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.
