1 cup flour,
1/4 cup sugar,
3 tsp. baking powder,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 cup cornmeal,
1 cup milk,
1/3 cup oil,
1 egg.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add cornmeal and mix well. Mix egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into greased muffin pan until each muffin is 2/3 full. Bake for 15 min. in 425 oven.
