3 boxes of frozen spinach
8 oz carton of sour cream
1/2 pint of whipping cream
2packages of dry onion soup mix
1/2 lb of fresh sliced mushrooms (sauteed)
1-2 cups of seasoned bread crumbs
4 Tsp of butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach according to box directions and drain well. In a large bowl combined the spinach with the sour cream, cream and onion soup mix. Add the sauteed mushrooms stir to mix thoroughly. Pour into a large casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake covered at 400º for 20 minutes. Remove cover the last 5 minutes of baking.
