18 marashino cherries cut in 1/2
12 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
6 squares (1oz. each) bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped
1 can (14oz.) sweetend condensed milk
1 tsp. marachino cherry juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Lightly coat an 8" square pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Blot cherries dry with paper towels.

Combine chocolates in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave on HIGH 1.5 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cherry juice. Stir in pecans. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Immediately press cherries, rounded side up, into fudge. Cover and chill fudge 2 hours or until firm.

Cut fudge into 3 squares. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
