Luau Punch Recipe

1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 cinnamon stick
8 whole cloves
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 pt. pineapple sherbet
1 qt. gingerale
mint for garnish

Combine water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves in small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain into large punch bowl.

Stir in pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Chill.

Add sherbet and gingerale just before serving.
