Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Ritz crackers
Shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
Olive oil
Butter or Margerine
Pepper
Salt
Chicken seasoning of your choice (optional)
White wine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a pirax dish to start marinating. Add olive oil until it hits the middle of the chicken breast(s) and a splash of white wine if chosing to do so. Add salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning if you prefer. Crumble up 2 packets of ritz crackers and layer over chicken breast(s). Then layer the salsa and then the cheddar cheese. Repeat. Bake at 370 for 45 minutes.
