5 T Olive Oil
4 T fresh lime juice
1 T minced garlic
2 T minced cilantro
1 t ground cumin
1 t chili powder
1 fresh jalapeno minced

For best results, put all ingredients in a food processor or a blender. For steaks or chicken, marinate between 8-24 hours; This can also be used on fish such as tuna or swordfish steaks, but the fish is much more porous, so marinate no more than an hour.
