2-3 chicken breasts (cooked & cut into pieces)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 row ritz crackers
1/2 c. or 1 stick of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix chicken, sour cream and soup in a small baking dish or casserole. Melt butter in saucepan. Crush crackers and mix into the butter. Place chicken mixture into dish, and spread crackers on top. Cook for 20 min.
