2 tbsp. instant decaffeinated coffee granules
2/3 c. boiling water
1 qt. low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water. Slowly beat into frozen yogurt. If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt.
Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Freeze until ready to serve. Let soften for 15 minutes before servings.

For a slightly different taste, top with a dollop of nonfat whipped topping, and substitute cocoa or ground nutmeg for cinnamon.
