8 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. scalded milk
1 cup butter
1 cake of yeast (Red Star)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, melt butter in milk, sugar and salt. Beat eggs and add to milk. Add yeast. Add flour. Knead like bread dough. Let rise 3 hours (1 1/2 hr. if you make 1/2 recipe). Roll out and spread nut filling (nuts, sugar to taste, can milk). Mix and spread on rolls. Bake 45 minutes @ 350º
