4 slices toast 4 hard-boiled eggs 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt
Make your white sauce. Add egg whites of boiled eggs (chopped). In separate bowl chop up egg yolks. Put the white sauce over toast. Garnish tops with chopped egg yolks and a dash of paprika and parsley or both.
