6 medium apples(peeled and diced),
3/4 cup sugar,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1 cup flour,
1tsp. baking powder,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 egg(beaten),
1/4 cup melted margarine or butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in greased baking dish. Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg and mix with fork. Sprinkle butter or margarine over top. Bake for 40 min. in 350 oven.
