1 lb. lima beans(or any dry beans),
1/2 lb. salt pork,
1 onion(sliced),
1/3 cup sugar(or molasses),
dry mustard powder,

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight and drain. Cover with water. Add salt pork and onion, and cook until nearly done. Add sugar and bake with sliced salt pork on top. Sprinkle with mustard powder. Baking time: 1 to 1 1/2 hrs in 350º oven.
