1 box graham crackers, 2 small packages french vanilla instant pudding, 3 cup milk, 8 oz. cool whip.
frosting: 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 2 tablespoon karo, 2 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoon butter, 3 tablespoon milk, 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Frosting: Melt chocolate and karo; stir in vanilla, butter, milk and sugar. Stir well.
Cover bottom of 13/9'' pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk with electric mixer (according to package directions). Fold in cool whip (do not use mixer). Spread 1/2 of mixture over graham crackers. Cover with another layer of crackers. Spread remaining pudding mixture over crackers. Top with third layer of crackers. Spread frosting over crackers. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Serves 12-15.
