salad: 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1 package crushed ramen noodles, 4 tablespoons butter, 1 bunch chopped broccoli, 2 packages romaine lettuce, 4 chopped green onions. dressing: 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar, salt/pepper, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar.
Mix brown walnuts, noodles and butter. Set aside. Combine broccoli, lettuce and onions. Add walnuts and noodles. Mix and stir together dressing ingredients. Add dressing and salad together. Stir and toss. Serves 10-12.
