2 eggs,
1 1/8 cup sugar,
1 cup pumpkin,
1/3 cup Crisco oil,
1/3 cup water,
1/3 cup chopped nuts,
1/3 cup raisins,
1 2/3 cup flour,
1/4 tsp. baking powder,
1 tsp. baking soda,
2/3 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
1/2 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and combine with sugar, pumpkin, oil and water. Sift flour and mix in baking soda, baking powder and spices. Add to first mixture. Add nuts and raisins.
Bake 45 min. to one hr. in 350 oven.
