1 1/2 c.- sugar
2- eggs
1 c.- mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp.- vanilla
1/2 c.- milk
1/4 tsp.- salt
1/2 tsp.- soda
2 c.- flour

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan; bake 1 hour @ 350 or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
