3 tbsp. margarine,
1 egg,
3 cups diced apples,
1/4 cup chopped nuts,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 cup sifted flour

Add apples, nuts and vanilla,
Mix well the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking soda and flour,
Cook 40-45 min. in 350º oven
