1 cup flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 large container Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

3 cups milk
Garnish: coconut and Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and nuts. Pat down in 8x8 baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 325º; cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip (retaining some Cool Whip to spread over top) and powdered sugar. Spread over crust. Let firm in refrigerator. Mix 2 packages of instant pudding with milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and coconut.

Variation: Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla and garnish with shaved chocolate.
