4 oz. can chopped green chile, drained
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/3 cup half and half
2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 tsp cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a large 1-quart baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita.
