4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
2 cups seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken and dice. Wash and halve grapes. Toast almonds. Combine butter, mayonnaise, parsley, curry powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Line plate with lettuce leaf. Then layer with a serving of chicken, grapes, almonds and a spoonful of dressing. Sprinkle with paprika.
