8 medium thick pork chops

Fire up charcoal approximately 25 minutes before placing meat on grill. Rinse pork chops in warm water, tenderizing both sides using fork. Season aggressively with pepper and sparingly with salt. Place chops on grill and cook until dark brown. Serve with baked potatoes and salad of your choice.
