6 slices lean canadian bacon
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 can pork and beans
butter and orange marmalade

Directions:

Fry or scramble eggs to your liking. Cook canadian bacon in skillet til crisp. Serve with toast, butter, marmalade and 2 scoops of pork and beans per plate.
