1 can red beans, drained
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 small jar raspberry jam or jelly
1 8-oz pkg Monterey Jack Jalapeno cheese, grated
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In small casserole dish, layer ingredients as listed above. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes until cheese on top is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. The sweetness of the raspberry jam helps relieve the spice of the jalapeno cheese. If you want to add a little more spice, use jalapeno jelly instead of raspberry.
