1 uncooked pie crust
5 eggs
1 stick of butter melted
2 cups sugar
Rind and juice of two lemons

Directions:

Beat eggs, Add sugar and beat. Add melted butter and lemon rind and juice. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes, then 325º until done.
