1 package 16 oz Macaroni Noodles
16 oz Chedder Cheese
16 oz Monteray Jack Cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp sour cream
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Boil water in large pot. When boiling, add macaroni noodles. Stir occaisonally, until cooked. Drain in strainer. In seperate bowl, melt butter into noodles. Add milk. Add 16oz of cheese. Mix thouroughly until cheese is melted into the noodles. Add second bag of cheese. Crack egg. Mix the egg in really well. Add Sour Cream. Make sure neither egg nor sour cream are visable. When completely mixed, pour macaroni into a cassarole dish. If desired, top with bread crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy on top. Enjoy!
