1 c. Italian seasoned Bread crumbs
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. Flour
1 egg
2 tbsp water
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. Pepper
Thin sliced Round Steak
Vegetable oil for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Make egg wash mixing egg and wate, set aside. Mix flour, salt, and pepper, set aside. Mix bread crumbs and Cheese, set aside. Cut Steak into serving size pieces. Dust with the flour mixture. Wet with the egg wash and cover with the bread crumb mixture. Fry in enought oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry about 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Serve hot out of the pan.
