1 can large Biscuits 1/2 cup Mayonaise 1 cup shredded cheese (Mozzarella & Cheddar) 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, drained 1 tsp. driced basil 1/2 chopped onion 10 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven 350º. Seperate each biscuit into 2 or 3 layers. Lightly grease the cups of 12 muffins tins. Place and press a biscuit layer in each cup. Mix remaining ingredient in a bowl and spoon filling on top of the biscuit layer. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.
