1 lb. JC Potter's hot sausage, browned and drained
1 2-lb. box Velveeta Cheese
2 8-oz. pkgs cream cheese
4 cans rotel tomatoes (drain 2, retain liquid in the
other 2)
1 small can green chilis, optional (drained)

Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, drain and chop into small chunks. Cube cheeses. Spray crock pot with cooking spray for easier clean-up. Add all ingredients and simmer on low in crock pot, stirring occasionally as cheeses melt. Serve with tortilla chips or fritoes. I like my queso thick - but if you like yours thinner, don't drain all of the rotel tomatoes.

Personal Notes:
This is one of our favorite traditions for watching football games! It's great because you can mix it up before the game, stir it during commercials and have a great half-time snack! (Or in our case, we eat so much of it, we call it a meal!)
