1 cup flour 1/2 cup salt 3 tsp cream of tartar Food coloring 1 cup water 1 T oil
In a sauce pan stir food coloring into the water and add oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir constantly over medium heat until it forms a soft ball. Knead periodically as it cools. Before it is completely cook, place in a zip lock bag. Store at room temperature.
